If you return items to an Arnold Clark Autoparts branch, we can send them back to the Arnold Clark Autoparts E-commerce Team free of charge. All refunds will be made via your original payment method. We aim to process all refunds within 48 hours of receiving returned items, as long as they are undamaged and in a saleable condition. Do make sure you include this in your package. We can process refunds far more quickly and efficiently if we also receive a completed returns form. We can only issue a refund after the goods have been returned to us. Please print out the returns form, fill it in and send it back with any returned items. Please inform Arnold Clark Autoparts of any returns request within seven working days of delivery. In the event that you receive a faulty or incorrect item from Arnold Clark Autoparts, please let us know as soon as you can so that we can arrange a replacement. However, it must be returned in a resalable condition, with its original packaging included. If you change your mind about an item you’ve purchased from us or you’re not satisfied with it, you can return it.
